Adair County[2] ist ein County im US-Bundesstaat Oklahoma. Das U.S. Census Bureau hat bei der Volkszählung 2020 eine Einwohnerzahl von 19.495[3] ermittelt. Es wurde nach der Indianerfamilie Adair des Cherokee-Stammes benannt. Der Verwaltungssitz (County Seat) ist Stilwell, das nach Arthur E. Stilwell benannt wurde, einem Pionier der US-amerikanischen Eisenbahn.
