The final of the 2000 ICC KnockOut Trophy took place on 15 October 2000 at the Gymkhana Club Ground in Nairobi, Kenya. It was played between India and New Zealand.[1] New Zealand won the final by four wickets to win their first ICC KnockOut Trophy and thus also winning a major ICC event.[2] Chris Cairns was named the man of the match for scoring 102 runs.[3]
