Booker Group Limited is a British wholesale distributor, and subsidiary of Tesco.[2]

In January 2017, it was announced that the British multinational supermarket retailer Tesco had agreed to purchase the company for £3.7 billion. It was confirmed on 5 March 2018 that Tesco had completed its acquisition of Booker Group Limited.[3]
