David Michael Doogan (born 4 March 1973) is a Scottish National Party (SNP) politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Angus since the 2019 general election. Doogan has been the SNP's Energy Security and Net Zero Spokesperson since September 2023.[1]
