Founded as the Chrome Lacrosse Club, they began play as one of the league's six inaugural teams in the 2019 season alongside Archers, Atlas, Chaos, Redwoods, and Whipsnakes. Following the assignment of home markets for the 2024 season on November 14th, 2023 , they were rebranded with the identity of the former Denver Outlaws Major League Lacrosse team. The Denver Outlaws of the MLL were established in Denver, Colorado in 2006 and resided there until 2020. The Denver Outlaws won three MLL championships in 2014, 2016, and 2018. The Denver Outlaws played in 10 MLL championship games. The Denver Outlaws led the MLL in attendance in 12 out of their 15 MLL seasons. The Premier Lacrosse League purchased Major League Lacrosse on December 16th, 2020. [1]
