John Frederick Colquhoun, CBE (22 November 1890 – 1968), nicknamed "Koko",[4][5][6] was a long-serving headquarters official of The Boy Scouts Association of the United Kingdom and served on the World Organization of the Scout Movement's committee from 1959 to 1965.
