The Jungle is a 1952 Indian-American adventure film directed by William Berke. It stars Rod Cameron, Cesar Romero, Marie Windsor and M.N. Nambiar in lead roles.[1][2] The film was the first science fiction film in India. Kaadu was released on 1 August 1952.[3][4] The film is predominately in English while the villagers speak in Tamil.[5] The film was later dubbed in Tamil as Kaadu.[6]
