Medina (/məˈdnə/ ) is a city in and the county seat of Medina County, Ohio, United States. The population was 26,094 at the 2020 census.[5] It lies about 33 miles (53 km) south of Cleveland and 23 miles (37 km) west of Akron within the Cleveland metropolitan area.[6]
