Muḥammad Ishāq Madnī (1935–2013) was a Pakistani Islamic scholar. He believed in Pan-Islamic theology and identity of the Muslims that transcend geographical borders and nationalities, emphasizing the unification of Muslims under a single Islamic authority (Khilafah). He did not believe in sectarianism and was a strong supporter of "Wahdat e Ummat".
