Quasigroup

Algebraic structures between magmas and groups: A quasigroup is a magma with the type of divisibility given by the Latin square property. A loop is a quasigroup with an identity element.

In mathematics, especially in abstract algebra, a quasigroup is an algebraic structure resembling a group in the sense that "division" is always possible. Quasigroups differ from groups mainly in that the associative and identity element properties are optional. In fact, nonempty associative quasigroup equals group.[1][2]

A quasigroup with an identity element is called a loop.
