In Greek mythology, Rhodos/Rhodus (Ancient Greek: Ῥόδος, romanizedRhódos) or Rhode (Ancient Greek: Ῥόδη, romanizedRhódē), was the goddess and personification of the island of Rhodes and a wife of the sun god Helios.[1]
