Richard Ray Larsen (born June 15, 1965) is an American politician and lobbyist serving as the United States representative for Washington's 2nd congressional district since 2001. A member of the Democratic Party, Larsen is the ranking member of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.[1]
