Thomas Frederick Bathurst AC KC FRSN (born 17 March 1948), is an England-born Australian jurist who served as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New South Wales from 1 June 2011 to 5 March 2022. He has served as Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales from 1 February 2012 to 5 December 2022.
