Il Gruppo dei Conservatori e Riformisti Europei (CRE[11]) (in inglese European Conservatives and Reformists Group; abbr. ECR[12]) è un gruppo politico del Parlamento europeo creato il 22 giugno 2009 da partiti conservatori[13] di destra[14][15] e destra radicale[16] o estrema destra[17][18] (alla sua fondazione prevalentemente di centro-destra[19][20][21]) che si definiscono "eurorealisti"[13][22][23][24] e antifederalisti[13][25], in quanto si oppongono al federalismo europeo.

Al gruppo appartengono gli eurodeputati eletti con il Partito dei Conservatori e Riformisti Europei, ma anche alcuni esponenti del Movimento Politico Cristiano Europeo nonché europarlamentari non appartenenti ad alcun partito europeo.
