This retrospective archive is intended for announcements made by the Arbitration Committee following the December 2008 election appointments (i.e. from around 16 December 2008 onwards) that were made before, or around the time, the noticeboard was set up (12:20, 14 January 2009). A copy of the announcement should be placed here, along with a diff to where it was originally announced, plus a link to the archived announcement, if such a link exists.
