A complete set of B yen notes (1945–1958)

B yen (B, B en) was a colloquial term used to refer to a form of military scrip used in post-war US-Occupied Okinawa from April 15, 1946, to September 1958.[1][2] Officially, it was called B type military scrip (B型軍票, B-gata gunpyō).[3]
