Iranian Arabs (Arabic: عرب إيران ʿArab Īrān; Persian: عربهای ايران Arabhāye Irān) are the citizens of Iran who speak Arabic as their first language.[3] In 2008, Iranian Arabs comprised about 1.6 million people,[4] and are primarily located in Khuzestan Province.[5][full citation needed][6][7]
