Subedar Ali Madad, T.J (Urdu: علی مدد ; c. 1932 – 25 January 1979), was a Pakistani military officer and recipient of the Tamgha-i-Jurat, awarded for gallantry during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971. A veteran of both 1965 and 1971 wars, he served in the 8th Northern Light Infantry[1] and is remembered for his exceptional leadership, and bold nature. He was martyred in 1979 during a training accident while serving in Piun, Skardu.[2]
