Anti-Sunnism

Al-Masjid an-Nabawi in Medina, where the Islamic prophet Muhammad and caliphs Abu Bakr and Omar are buried, is one of the holiest Sunni sites.

Anti-Sunnism is hatred of, prejudice against, discrimination against, persecution of, and violence against Sunni Muslims.[1] It has also been described as "Anti-Sunni sentiment" "Sunniphobia", the "fear or hatred of Sunnism and Sunnites".[2]
