Christos S. Bartsocas (Greek: Χρήστος Σπ. Μπαρτσόκας), is a Greek pediatric endocrinologist and clinical geneticist, presently Professor Emeritus at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.[1] [2][3]He is known for the first report of the Bartsocas-Papas Syndrome (OMIM: 263650[4] on chromosome 21q22 and ORPHA:1234[5]) and for his contribution to the development of pediatric diabetes care in Greece.
