Infineon Technologies AG is Germany's largest semiconductor manufacturer. The company was spun-off from Siemens AG in 1999.[4] Infineon has about 58,000 employees in 2024 and is one of the ten largest semiconductor manufacturers worldwide.[3][5] In 2024 the company achieved sales of approximately €15 billion.[3]
