The prime minister of Syria (Arabic: رئيس وزراء سوريا, romanized: Raʾīs wuzarāʾ Sūriyā), officially the president of the Council of Ministers of the Syrian Arab Republic, is the head of the cabinet of Syria.[1] Since the fall of the Assad regime, the current prime minister of Syria is the head of the Syrian transitional government.[2]
