Zhou Li (Chinese: 周力; born June 1955) is a Chinese diplomat, member of National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference,[1] served between 2013 and 2016 as the deputy head of the International Liaison Department of the Chinese Communist Party.[2]
