Area code 758 is a telephone area code in the North American Numbering Plan (NANP). It is used for the island country of Saint Lucia in the Caribbean. It was created on July 1, 1996, as a split from area code 809. Before that, Saint Lucia was part of the area code 809, which was used for the whole Caribbean region.
