Carmen (Tagalog: ['kaɾmɛn]), officially the Municipality of Carmen (Cebuano: Lungsod sa Carmen; Tagalog: Bayan ng Carmen), is a 1st class municipality in the province of Davao del Norte, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 82,018 people.[3]
