President Roxas, officially the Municipality of President Roxas, is a 4th class municipality in the province of Capiz, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 31,269 people.[3]

Formerly known as Lutod-lutod and a part of Pilar, Capiz,[5] it is 37 kilometers (23 mi) from the provincial capital, Roxas City.
