Summer Paralympics appearances (overview)

Sri Lanka competed at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 7 September to 18 September 2016. The Sri Lankan team consisted of nine athletes in three sports.[1]

Track and field athlete Anil Prasanna Jayalath was the flagbearer for the country during the opening ceremony.[2]
